In pursuit of providing an efficient and reliable service, please ensure all garment pockets are emptied prior to processing as we are not liable for damage caused by such items. We are additionally unable to accept responsibility for articles left in clothing, shrinkage, fastness of colour, general wear and tear induced holes | fallen hems | opened lining or seems, damage to zips or loss | damage of buttons, sequins and beads. In the rare case of loss or damage, liability is limited to 4 times the service price charged for the item in question. Unless an itemised list of contents is stipulated at drop-off, our count is accepted as correct. Any potential complaints or issues must be reported to a member of The Laundry Room staff within 24 hours of collection.
